Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://timora.gitbook.io/timora-policies/child-safety.md). # 아동 안전 표준 정책 티모라(주식회사 티모라)는 아동과 청소년의 안전을 최우선으로 고려하여 서비스를 운영합니다. 본 정책은 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책 및 한국 관련 법률(『청소년 보호법』, 『아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률』, 『정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률』 등)을 준수하며, 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)로부터 안전한 환경을 조성하는 것을 목적으로 합니다. 1. **아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE) 금지 티모라는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)를 엄격히 금지합니다. 모든 사용자는 아동(실제 또는 가상 포함)을 성적으로 학대·착취하거나 대상화하는 행위, 콘텐츠(이미지, 텍스트, 링크 등)를 업로드·공유·조장해서는 안 됩니다.** * 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM) * 아동 그루밍(성적 목적 접근·유도·협박) * 아동 나체 또는 성적 대상화 콘텐츠 * 아동 학대 미화·조장 등 모든 형태의 CSAE 관련 행위·콘텐츠 위반 콘텐츠는 발견 즉시 삭제되며, 해당 계정은 영구 정지됩니다. 2. **CSAM(아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠) 처리 및 신고 CSAM이 확인되면 즉시 삭제·차단하고, 관련 법에 따라 다음 기관에 신고합니다**. * 한국방송통신심의위원회 ([www.singo.or.kr](http://www.singo.or.kr) / 전화 1377) * 경찰청 사이버수사국 필요 시 국제 기관(NCMEC 등)에도 보고합니다. 3. **이용자 보호 조치 및 신고 메커니즘** * 연령 제한: 본 서비스는 만 16세 이상 이용자만 대상으로 하며, 아동·청소년 타겟 서비스가 아닙니다. 필요 시 본인인증을 통해 연령을 확인합니다. * 인앱 신고 시스템: 모든 게시물, 프로필, 채팅 등에 '신고하기' 버튼을 제공합니다.
